Neptune One is the original vessel of the Neptune Liveaboards fleet. A 38-39 meter traditional Indonesian phinisi built in 2017 and comprehensively renovated in 2026, she combines authentic boat-building craftsmanship with modern luxury and professional diving amenities.
With 8 cabins accommodating just 16 guests and a dedicated crew of 16 (a 1:1 ratio), Neptune One offers an intimate expedition experience. A 600HP Yanmar engine provides reliable cruising at 8 knots, while the onboard desalination system produces 6,000 liters of freshwater daily.
Neptune One sails Komodo year-round, with seasonal voyages to Raja Ampat, the Banda Sea and Bali-Komodo crossings. Kayaks and snorkeling gear are provided for non-diving activities.

Common questions
What diving certification do I need?
Advanced Open Water is recommended as many dive sites feature drift diving and deeper walls. Divers are grouped by experience level with a 4:1 diver-to-guide ratio. Introductory courses can be arranged for non-certified companions.
Is Nitrox available on board?
Yes, Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx 32%) is available for a supplemental fee. Neptune One is equipped with a Bauer PE 320B Membrane system, allowing fills throughout the voyage.
What is the cabin layout?
Neptune One has 8 cabins: 4 Deluxe Suites (18 sqm, lower deck), 2 Deluxe Sea View cabins (20 sqm, upper deck) and 2 Deluxe Sea View cabins with private balcony (30 sqm, upper deck). All cabins have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.
What routes does Neptune One sail?
Neptune One sails Komodo year-round, plus seasonal voyages to Raja Ampat, Banda Sea and Bali-Komodo crossings. Her itineraries cover some of Indonesia's most biodiverse waters.
Can non-divers join the trip?
Absolutely. Non-diving guests can enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, island excursions and relaxation on deck. Snorkeling gear and kayaks are provided at no extra charge.
