2014

Construction Begins in Sanur

Construction started on the Neptune Scuba Diving building in Sanur, Bali, laying the foundation for what would become Indonesia's most modern dive center facility.

2016

Neptune Scuba Diving Opens

Neptune Scuba Diving opened its doors on October 1st, becoming the most modern dive center facility in South East Asia with a 3.5-meter deep training pool and three classrooms.

2020

Acquiring Neptune One

Neptune Liveaboards was started with the acquisition of Neptune One, a 39-meter luxury vessel with 8 cabins for 16 guests, bringing diving expeditions across Indonesia.

2022

Neptune World Established

Neptune World was formally established as the corporate umbrella brand, unifying all companies under one vision of excellence in hospitality, tourism and diving.

2023

Acquiring Komodo Resort & Komodo Sea Dragon

Komodo Resort on Sebayur Island and the Komodo Sea Dragon liveaboard vessel joined the Neptune World family, expanding our presence across Komodo National Park.

2024

Construction Begins on King Neptune

Construction began on the King Neptune, a brand-new 46-meter vessel with 10 cabins for 20 guests, designed to be the flagship of the Neptune Liveaboards fleet.

2026

King Neptune Launched

The King Neptune was launched, joining the fleet as our largest and most luxurious vessel, expanding our reach across Raja Ampat, Banda Sea and beyond.

2026

Hilltop Komodo Resort

Construction begins on Hilltop Komodo Resort, a second resort on the island of Komodo Resort, expanding our accommodation and hospitality offering in the heart of Komodo National Park.
